Casa Simple LLC is a licensed real estate brokerage in the State of Florida. We provide AI-powered property search, market analysis, transaction coordination, and buyer/seller representation through our platform and our AI assistant ELLA.

3. ACCOUNT

You must provide accurate information.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

You must be 18 years or older to use the platform.

4. PROPERTY DATA

Property listings are provided by the Miami Association of REALTORS® through Bridge MLS. Listing data is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. Casa Simple is not responsible for inaccuracies in MLS data.

5. ELLA AI ASSISTANT

ELLA provides AI-generated property analysis, valuations, and recommendations.

These are estimates for informational purposes only and do not constitute a formal appraisal.

Market conditions can change rapidly.

Always consult with your licensed agent before making financial decisions.

6. COMMISSIONS & REBATES

Commission rates, rebates, and credits are as described in your Buyer Representation Agreement or Listing Agreement. Rebate amounts are estimates and subject to lender approval and applicable state regulations.

7. PRIVACY

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Casa Simple provides services on an 'as is' basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
